Warranty Overview
BONI Appliances provides warranty coverage for applicable products subject to the terms, conditions and limitations described in this Warranty Policy.
The warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects arising during the applicable warranty period when the product is used under normal household conditions and in accordance with BONI's instructions.
Standard comprehensive warranty: The BONI warranty card specifies a 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty.
Certain products may also carry a separate motor guarantee. The warranty card provides for either a 5 Years Motor Guarantee or a 2 Years Motor Guarantee, as applicable to the relevant product.
Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty service, the product must meet the applicable warranty requirements.
The BONI warranty card specifies that:
- The product must be installed by BONI or an authorized technician.
- The product must be registered with BONI using the correct customer, product, serial number and purchase details.

Warranty Registration

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and corresponds to the actual product and purchase.
Important: Warranty registration does not replace the customer's responsibility to retain the original purchase invoice and warranty card.
Proof of Purchase & Warranty Card
The original bill or invoice must be kept as proof of purchase and may be required when requesting warranty service.
Customers should also retain their BONI warranty card containing the relevant product and customer information.
The warranty card contains information including, where applicable:
- Warranty card number.
- Customer name.
- Product name.
- Model number.
- Serial number.
- Date of purchase.
- Customer address and contact number.
- Dealer name and dealer address.
- Customer signature.
- Dealer stamp and signature.
Installation Requirements
Products must be installed by BONI or an authorized technician.
Warranty coverage may not apply where a product has been installed incorrectly.
Customers should follow BONI's installation requirements and applicable product instructions.
Installation matters: Damage resulting from improper installation or incorrect electrical connection is specifically excluded from warranty coverage.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using and maintaining BONI products according to BONI's instructions.
Customers should:
- Use the product for its intended purpose.
- Follow applicable operating and maintenance instructions.
- Retain the original purchase invoice.
- Retain the warranty card.
- Provide accurate warranty registration information.

Limitations of Warranty
The warranty card specifies that the following conditions may limit or exclude warranty coverage:
- Products installed incorrectly or not installed by BONI or an authorized technician.
- Products that have not been correctly registered with BONI using the required customer, product, serial number and purchase information.
- Products for which the original bill or invoice cannot be provided when required for warranty service.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper maintenance.
- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized persons or service centers.
- Damage caused by accidents or impact.
- Damage caused by water or fire.
- Damage caused by insects or rodents.
- Damage caused by natural disasters.
- Damage caused by power fluctuations or other external causes.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Rust, stains or discoloration.
- Damage to consumable parts.
- Use outside normal household conditions where a separate commercial warranty has not been provided.
Cases Where Warranty Is Not Valid
According to the BONI warranty card, the warranty would not be valid for the following:
- Products with a removed, altered, damaged or unreadable serial number or model number.
- Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect electrical connection, voltage fluctuation, misuse, negligence or improper handling.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification or dismantling.
- Damage caused by the use of non-genuine parts or accessories.
- Glass, plastic, knobs, cables, bulbs, filters, seals and other consumable or easily replaceable parts, unless specifically covered by BONI.
Product and Serial Number
The warranty is valid only for the product and serial number registered with BONI.
The warranty cannot be transferred to another product.
A product with a removed, altered, damaged or unreadable serial number or model number is not eligible for warranty coverage under the warranty card terms.
Repairs, Modifications & Parts
Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized persons or service centers may void the warranty.
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, dismantling or use of non-genuine parts or accessories is not covered.
Replaced parts do not restart or extend the original warranty period.
Household Use
The standard BONI warranty applies to normal household use only, unless a separate commercial warranty is provided.
Damage or issues resulting from use outside the applicable household conditions may therefore fall outside the standard warranty.
