01

Purpose of This Policy

This Service & Installation Policy explains the general principles applicable to installation and after-sales service for BONI Appliances products.

It should be read together with the applicable product documentation, BONI Warranty Policy, warranty card and any specific instructions supplied with the product.

02

Product Installation

BONI products must be installed by BONI or an authorized technician.

Installation should be performed in accordance with the applicable product instructions and requirements.

Customers should ensure that the location and relevant installation conditions are suitable for the product before installation.

Warranty consideration: Warranty may not apply to products that are installed incorrectly.

03

Installation Requirements

Customers are expected to follow BONI's applicable installation instructions and requirements.

Depending on the product, proper installation may require suitable electrical, structural, ventilation, water, gas or other site conditions as specified in the relevant product documentation.

Incorrect installation or incorrect electrical connection may result in product damage and may affect warranty eligibility.

04

Customer Responsibilities Before Installation

Customers should provide a suitable and accessible location for installation and cooperate with the authorized technician.

Customers are responsible for informing the technician of relevant site conditions or circumstances that may affect installation.

  • Ensure reasonable access to the installation location.
  • Follow applicable product preparation instructions.
  • Provide accurate product and customer information when requesting installation or service.
  • Keep relevant purchase and warranty documentation available where required.
05

Service Requests

Customers may contact BONI Customer Care or use the applicable service request facility provided through the BONI website to request assistance.

When submitting a service request, customers should provide accurate information about the customer, product, model, serial number, purchase information and nature of the issue where applicable.

Additional information may be requested when necessary to assess or process a service request.

06

Service Process

Depending on the nature of the request, BONI or an authorized service center may review the reported issue and determine the appropriate service process.

01

Request

Customer contacts BONI or submits the applicable service request information.

02

Assessment

BONI or an authorized service representative reviews the product issue and relevant details.

03

Service

Where applicable, the product may be serviced through BONI or an authorized service center.

07

Warranty Service

Where a product is eligible for warranty service, warranty-related service is provided through BONI or its authorized service centers during normal service hours.

Warranty service remains subject to the applicable BONI Warranty Policy and warranty card.

Customers may be required to provide the original purchase invoice, warranty card, product details, serial number and other relevant information when requesting warranty service.

Important: A service request does not automatically mean that the reported issue qualifies for warranty coverage. Warranty eligibility is determined according to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

08

Non-Warranty Service

Products or issues that fall outside the applicable warranty may be subject to non-warranty service conditions.

Examples of circumstances that may fall outside warranty coverage include damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, power fluctuations, accidents, water, fire, insects, rodents, natural disasters or other external causes.

Customers may be informed of applicable service requirements before non-warranty work is undertaken.

09

Authorized Technicians & Service Centers

BONI recommends that installation, repair, servicing and other technical work be performed by BONI or an authorized technician or service center.

Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized persons or service centers may void the applicable warranty.

Customers should contact BONI when they are uncertain whether a technician or service provider is authorized.

10

Unauthorized Repairs & Modifications

Customers should not permit unauthorized persons to repair, modify or dismantle BONI products where doing so may affect product safety or warranty eligibility.

Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, dismantling or use of non-genuine parts or accessories is not covered under the BONI warranty according to the applicable warranty card terms.

11

Genuine Parts & Accessories

Customers should use parts and accessories appropriate for the applicable BONI product.

Damage caused by the use of non-genuine parts or accessories may fall outside warranty coverage.

Where replacement parts are required during service, their use and availability may depend on the nature of the service and the applicable product.

12

Service Availability

Warranty service is provided through BONI or its authorized service centers during normal service hours.

Service availability may vary depending on the customer's location.

The availability of a particular technician, service center, replacement part or service option may depend on the circumstances of the request and the applicable product.

13

Products Requiring Special Installation

Certain BONI appliances may require specific installation conditions or technical requirements.

Customers should follow the product-specific installation instructions and ensure that the installation location meets the applicable requirements.

Where specialist work outside the scope of standard appliance installation is required, the customer may be responsible for arranging such work unless otherwise agreed with BONI.

14

Safety & Proper Use

Customers should operate and maintain BONI appliances according to the applicable product instructions.

Customers should not continue using a product where doing so may create an apparent safety risk or could cause further damage.

If a technical problem occurs, customers should contact BONI or an appropriate authorized service provider for assistance.

15

Information Required for Service

To help BONI assess and process a service request, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Customer name and contact information.
  • Product name.
  • Product model number.
  • Product serial number.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Dealer or purchase information where applicable.
  • A description of the reported problem.
  • Warranty card or proof of purchase where required.
16

Customer Cooperation

Customers should cooperate with BONI or its authorized service personnel during installation, inspection, diagnosis and service.

Customers should provide accurate information and reasonable access to the product when service is required.

Failure to provide required information or access may affect the ability to assess or complete a service request.

17

Relationship With the Warranty Policy

This Service & Installation Policy does not replace or expand the BONI Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage remains subject to the applicable warranty period, registration requirements, proof of purchase, installation requirements, exclusions and limitations.

Customers should review the BONI Warranty Policy for complete information regarding warranty eligibility and exclusions.
